The pendant contains one natural round brilliant cut ruby and one natural round brilliant cut diamond each measuring approximately 3.70 mm each weighing an estimated 0.20 carats and 0.17 carats respectively. These gemstones are bead set vertically in a square pendant with a hammered finish.
