One ladies 14 karat white gold natural yellow sapphire and diamond fashion ring.The ring contains one custom cut natural yellow sapphire measuring approximately 14 x 10 mm, weighing 11.34 carats. Surrounding the sapphire and in the shank of the ring are a total of (63) round brilliant diamonds weighing 1.06 ctw. All of the diamonds are colorless (F), in body color and are VS in terms of clarity.
