One ladies 18 karat white gold genuine sapphire and diamond fashion ring. The ring contains one emerald shaped blue sapphire measuring approximately 11 x 9 mm, weighing 5.80 carats. The sapphire displays a vivid blue body color. There is one modified shield step cut diamond set on either side of the sapphire weighing 0.54 and 0.56 carats, 1.10 carats total. In addition there are round brilliant cut diamonds bead and bezel set in the shank, under-gallery and prongs of the ring weighing 1.20 carats total. All of the diamonds are colorless (F) in body color, and are VS in terms of clarity.
