One ladies 18 karat yellow gold genuine ruby and diamond fashion ring The ring contains (3) 3.80 mm round brilliant cut natural rubies weighing 0.81 carats and (2) 2.20 mm round brilliant cut natural rubies weighing 0.10 carats. These rubies are diamond cut displaying a vivid red body color. The rubies are prong set alternating in size across the top of the band. Following the rubies at each end of the band is one round brilliant cut diamond measuring 2.20 mm weighing a combined 0.08 carats. There are in addition a total of (48) bead set round brilliant cut diamonds measuring approximately 1.20 mm each lining both the top and bottom edge of the band weighing a combined 0.40 carats. All of the diamonds are natural, colorless (F) in body color, and VS in terms of clarity. The ring is a one of a kind Ice River Diamonds design weighing 7.60 grams. R4333.
